By making use of this support service (either as an owner or as a Professional Client), you acknowledge and accept that the property to be marketed by the selected professional will be advertised preferentially by Go Out Consulting.
Please note that these Additional Services may be subject to Special Conditions that differ from these General Conditions.
6. Intellectual and Industrial Property
6.1. Materials and information contained on the Website and Apps
By these General Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that all rights to materials and elements that appear on the Web and Apps (including, without limitation, drawings, text, graphics, maps, photographs, images, audio, video, distinctive signs, logos, trademarks, trade names, domains, software, etc.) belong to Go Out Consulting, or where appropriate, to third parties who have consented to the transfer of the same to Go Out Consulting, so we have all the rights and licenses necessary for their use.

All rights to the materials and elements appearing in the Go Out Consulting/tools software belong and shall remain the property of Go Out Consulting or its third party licensors (as applicable). Nothing in the General Conditions or Special Conditions may be interpreted as a transfer in favour of the Professional Clients of any image, intellectual or industrial property rights over the aforementioned materials and elements of Go Out Consulting.
All rights to the information stored by the Professional Clients in Go Out Consulting/tools shall remain with the Professional Clients or their respective third party licensors.
Without limiting the foregoing, by using the Go Out Consulting/tools software, you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to Go Out Consulting to use, copy, store, archive, modify, extract, display, distribute, transmit, transfer, make available, make available, reuse, download and create, among other things, derivative works and data, from any non-personal information you have stored on Go Out Consulting/tools, for the purposes of:
(a) provide you with the Services you have contracted with us; and

7. Description of the APP: service, functionalities and payment methods.
7.1. Aim of the APP
The purpose of the Go Out Consulting application is to provide users with access to our complete catalogue of real estate investment products, as well as to speed up the request for information, giving the client more independence to carry out their searches on a daily basis and to be able to request information on a more recurrent basis.
7.2. Services
Through a subscription system, customers will be able to view and filter assets according to their interests and needs.
The services and functionalities offered by the application include:
Access to our analysed product catalogue.
Search for investments suited to your investor profile using the tool’s filters.
A section for legal queries, where users can access information and advice on legal aspects related to investment.
An area dedicated to international investment opportunities, with a special focus on the Dubai real estate market.
Go Out Academy, a training platform providing educational resources on investment and asset management, will be available.
Other services that you can hire is the presentation of the LOI or the chat for direct communication with the head office to resolve any doubts you may have.

7.4. Methods of payment
These services may be paid directly by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) or bank transfer, depending on each step of the transaction. These means of payment are subject to the checks and authorisations of the corresponding issuing entities (issuers of the cards or payment accounts), so if these entities do not authorise the payment, Go Out Consulting will not continue with the transaction, which will be automatically cancelled.
To make payments by credit or debit card, Go Out Consulting has installed an e-commerce payment gateway provided by banks authorized to do so. All data provided to Go Out Consulting for these purposes are duly encrypted to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, being hosted on a secure server certified according to the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
8. Contracting with third parties through the Website and Apps
You acknowledge and accept that any contractual or extra-contractual relationship that you enter into with any advertiser, User, Registered User or third party through our Website and Apps or our Services shall be solely and exclusively between you. Go Out Consulting will not be a party to, nor will it assume any responsibility for any damages that may arise from this relationship.
Therefore, we recommend that you act with caution when contacting or contracting with any advertiser, User, Registered User or third party through our Website and Apps. However, a different duration and need for notice may be established for some cases in the Particular Conditions, in the contract signed by Professional Clients or in the applicable legislation.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Spain. Any clause of the General Terms and Conditions that is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable shall be excluded and replaced by another clause that is as similar as possible, without affecting the User, and without giving rise to any compensation. In this case, the remaining provisions or sections shall remain unaffected.
